| MAKE SURE AND CHECK ALL YOUR WIRE CONNECTORS I HAD A FEW LOOSE ONES. The one that goes to my fan was coming apart and my fan stopped working. I also had all kinds of weird engine codes coming on it was water in the connector by the throttle body. I change the front end oil all the time because water gets past the seals. Also when you change the oil in the front end and it looks silver you know the carrier broke. Check bushings all the time. I have 1900 miles on mine and have changed them all 5 or 6 times all ready. | |

| The best upgrade you can do is buy a complete set of Super Daves bushing when your stock bushings wear out. These bushings will last 3-4,000 miles and you never have to grease them. | |

| I got the Tranny saver installed, but the bolts on the cage are not long enough for the mirror brackets so I didn't get them installed..
But this was not my first mod to the RZR, anyone care to guess what the first mod was?

| Hey Neil, If those are aluminum skids, I used rubber coating spray on both the frame (Lightly) and heavier on the crossmembers. And I taped off where the skids hit the the frame on the skids and sprayed them to reduce vibrating noise. I did not want spray on the entire skid, was concerned that it would hold or collect mud, so i just sprayed the contact areas.
I had a vibration in the crossmember and I stopped it by using the rubber spray.
And don't worry about getting it right the first time, I have had mine off a half a dozen times, wiring, cleaning etc.,,,lol

| Thanks bro but haven't gotten the skids yet, they were custom anidized and he said to allow a few weeks for that so hopefully soon.
I got the Quadboss Roof, tilting windsheild, mirrors, cargo cover, and 6 pack drink log.. I ordered some Pro Armor goodies yesterday so hopefully it will be a productive weekend.. I also got my EMP Fuse/switch block but I am waiting on the lights to wire it up.. I think I am also going to do a duel battery setup just in case.. A buddy of mine is also suppose to check on a polaris rear cage so hopefully I will know about it in a couple days.. Still unsure about the bumper but it will have to have one..
