After installing the arms I noticed how at full lock the front axles look like they where in a bind so I installed highlifters steering stop kit. Not got to ride it yet but will hopefully real soon.. lol

Removed the steering stop kit! In the tight trails I was having to back up to much.. I will deal with the warranty for now if need be and maybe cut them in half and reinstall later..
Installed some blue lights under the dash this morning.. Maybe now if I drop something at night I can find it..

Neil, on a scale from 1 to 10 how difficult is it to install the graphics?

I would say a 7 brother, fairly easy to install but very time consuming.. I wish I had taking a little more time because I have a couple bubbles that I don't know if they will come out with heat.. Using water/soap solution it is fairly simple to get all the bubbles out but it takes longer to get the edges stuck so I tried to stick the most of it using basically a dry method. Even using the dry method the graphics can be pulled loose and reapplied due to being so thick they are not bad for stretching like the thin factory graphics.. I still have several pieces I have not used, some because I haven't figured out where they go... lol
Here's a few more photos..

Looks good. Sometimes you can poke the bubbles in the wrap with a needle and they will go away.

Just finished installing the RacerTech bushings/sleeves last night so I Got out this morning and installed the new streamline rotors as well as pulled the clutch apart and installed the QuadBoss clutch kit with the exception I replaced the White spring with a silver one.
I also moved my lights a little higher on the bumper, just a visual thing..
I also just replaced all the brakes with Bikemaster pads and replaced all balljoints with QuadBoss Balljoints so after a fluid change she should be good to go for a while..

A while back I was figuring on building a cage for my bike so I was looking at a lot of cages trying to get an idea of what I wanted when I found a link to this cage from RacerTech. I don't have the tools to build a cage but a good friend of mine does but he lives about fifty miles from me so I got to figuring what it was going to cost in time and gas as well as powder coat and tubing to build a cage and found I wouldn't be saving a lot over buying this cage from RacerTech. At first site I wasn't a big fan of the arched top but after going back to it several times I got to thinking it would look better on my blue bike than the red one on their site so I gave Andy a call and got some info on the cage and decided to give it a go.
To no surprise when I got the cage it was packaged and wrapped up great so the powder coat was in great shape with no nicks nor scrapes. First thing I did was unwrap everything and test the front section of the cage which bolted right up to the rear section of the factory cage. With this cage being a stock replacement the cage can be replaced one piece at a time front or rear so if one section is damaged or if the budget want allow the purchase of both at once, one piece at a time can be purchased and used.
After bolting up the cage I found my UTVINC rear cage extension bolted right up to the rear bar for a true bolt on fit. However when I went to making a roof (my hard roof would not work due to the RacerTech cage being 4-5" lower in the rear from stock) I found the cage clamps on the rear extension where keeping the roof from laying flat so I am going to cut the clamps off and weld in a couple cage bungs so my roof can lay flat on the RacerTech cage. Hopefully I will have that done soon.
I also had to make a few provisions to my QuadBoss tilting windshield so it would work but with a little modifying it works great and even still tilts. The lower windshield clamps would not bolt on due to the cross bar so I just welded a small tab on both sides of the cage to mount the lower windshield, the upper brackets worked fine. On the upper windshield I had to cut the top to match the lines of the cage due to the extra bracing and on the pivot brackets I had to flip them upside down but everything was a pretty simple mod and works great now. I also had to make a small mod to the door brackets which you can see in the video but overall not bad at all for the extra safety of the beefer cage.

Thanks bro! I have since got the custom roof made, mounted the two way radio, and installed the RacerTech HD springs.
I Got up early this morning and married the Utvinc cage extension to the RacerTech cage and thanks to Jason Armstrong for machining the bungs I added them so removal of the extension is a snap. With a little black paint I coated the bare spots to block the rust till powder coating. Then I took the rest of the EMP tubing clamps and attached the rear of the roof.

Not done a lot to this thing lately but this weekend I did add the Pro Armor steering wheel and hub along with a Pro Armor Fire Extinguisher kit!
Also added a set of Johns arm rests..
Also added a new compressor to the shop this past weekend.. The old Craftsman had paid its dues so time for it to get a break..
