rhino 450 snorkles Empty
PostSubject: rhino 450 snorkles    rhino 450 snorkles EmptySat Jan 21, 2012 6:10 pm

well guys. i have snorkeled my 450 rhino and neil had asked me to make a topic on this.
so im going to try to do the best i can do to this. so please bear with me.

airbox
1-2 inch rubber pvc coupler ( this was on a 2006 air box) ( 2007 will take a 1.5 to 2 i think)
1- street 45 2 inch pvc
1- 90 2 inch pvc
10ft of 2 inch pvc. ( i only could buy it buy the 10 ft stick) depending on where you want it to come up at. either behind the roll cage like i did or you can make it come up in front of it. so the messurements would be differnt.

belt intake/exhaust
to connect it to the motor i used the rubber hose that came off of the fan on the right side of the motor.
5- 90 1.5 inch pvc
4- 45 1.5 inch pvc
3ft 2inch flex hose
1- 90 2 inch elbow
1- 2 inch to 1.5 reducer
1- street 45 1.5 inch pvc
10 ft 1.5 pvc

i am not for sure what size vent lines on all the diffs, fan, etc. i will try to figure that out also

then you will need either 45s or 90s for the tops i used 90s.

do this at your own risk. i have snorkeled a few wheelers and they all have been water tight. but i am not liable for any damage to your machine.

if you have any questions feel free to ask me
