2 DAY RIDE @ BRIMSTONE MARCH 31st -APRIL 1st

Ive been thinking about calling in at work on Thursday so I can get an earlier start Friday morning. I can't wait

Does any body know if Trailsend campground has restrooms and showers available 24 hrs ?

Well my two riding bros from Lexington KY bailed on my, something about some local college playing basketball on saturday.....just cannot imagine....staying home to watch TV when a person could be riding....

Oh well, Five in our group.

P.S. The best game was with Indiana, just a walk in the park now. No reason to miss a good ride.

Mudslinger, we will be riding friday morning, five of us for sure on ATV's, You are most welcome to join, then may loop back and pick up the nooners, or have them radio or phone in and meet somewhere in the park.

well we might not be able to make it my grandma is in the hospital and in pretty bad shape so depends how she is if we make it or not

They do have a coin operated shower with restrooms, and also a coin operated bike wash.

Sorry to hear about your grandma x racer. Ridered I hope it does too but if not then the rain will just rinse the mud off of us as we ride. Also it'll keep the dust down. Gotta think positive. Lol

riders meeting at 09:30 est. at trails end campground sunday. If you get there late you have the trail numbers and if you have a radio you can probably get in touch with us. Also cell phones do work around the area, if you do not have my number PM me and I will give it to you.

Where is Trailhead #1 in relation to the campground? I was planning on leaving my Jeep at the campground and riding from there.

Trails are accessable from the campground, there will be some one there to direct you. It is always a good idea to buy a map when you buy your permit, and remember a permit is required for every person in your vehicle.

I have a map (even some old old ones that show a lot of TWRA/private trails) and we'll get permits. So I can just ride from the campground and it'll meet up with trailhead #1? Any idea how long it will take to ride from TE to where the group will be?

Is everyone riding from TE or is there another parking spot where everyone is meeting? I don't care where I park.

I think...that our cabin is right at the trailhead of #1, not sure how much parking around there, if room you are welcome to park there. Now I need to figure out the name of the cabin? I believe the day parking lot is just right at the trailhead of #1. When cross the bridge hold to the right. Somebody please confirm.

Day parking area is on past trails end campground about a quarter mile, it is at trailhead of trail 3, brimstone campground is where you are talking about, it is across from your cabin at trailhead 1. We will have a riders meeting beside the trail right in front of the campground.

my group size is from 5 for sure to maybe 2 to 4 more. Lexington, Ky guys are still watching basketball.....

Be sure and have everybody tell them at Brimstone when checking in that they are with the Mud and Guts crew, we should be close to qualifying for the 10% discount.
