Over the years I have had several bike and one thing they have all had in common is Ricochet skids. I have never had an issue with quality or fitment of their skids and the new 900 was no exception.

good deal! I have no clue what plates I have under mine? They seem to be holding up.

Good looking skid plates, but I prefer the UHMW skid plates. They are indestructible and quite when you hit something and tend to glide over the rocks better!

I like the quietness of the UHMW but prefer the strength of the aluminum. Plus I didn't want to drill all the holes in my frame for the uhmw mounts. The aluminum uses tubing clamps to bolt up instead of drilling the frame.
