I found this picture on facebook.. They tagged it 14Feet9inches 2buttons killed on long creek in macon county..

Depth perception.
The snake is a lot closer to the camera than the dude is.
I'd bet that it's no where near as big as that pic makes it look.
Think about the pic...that snake (at over 14 feet) would be close if not over 100 lbs.
He looks like he isn't even straining holding it.(or maybe he's Superman's cousin or something,lol)

I think I seen they came back and said it was just over 9 foot.. That sounds a lot more like it... I have seen several 9ft rattlers but hope to never see another..
