RZR Wheel Bearing Empty
PostSubject: RZR Wheel Bearing   RZR Wheel Bearing EmptySat Sep 14, 2013 8:07 pm

I replaced the front right wheel bearing on the RZR today. At 1,800 miles it was starting to get loose and kind of rough. Seems like when they start getting bad they go down hill fast. I replace it with an all balls bearing that seems to be good. It only had slight movement after installed, but I think I will use a Polaris bearing on the other side. This will give me a good idea which is better. The stock bearings were tight for over 1,500 miles. Will probably use Timken bearings in the rear when it comes time to change them. Maybe they are still made in the USA. The RZR uses a bearing that has two bearings running in one outer race.

This is the inside bearing. It was dry and shot.

The out side bearing was still OK.
