 RZR Fender flares full of mud!

RZR Fender flares full of mud! Empty

After a little clean up I pulled the front flares off the RZR to find the voids in the flares where still packed full of mud and the only way to get around this was to pull the flares off and clean them after every ride so I got to find a solution...

After removal I gave them a good cleaning..

Then I sprayed them with some cheap expanding foam from the Dollar store..

Today after 24 hours to set up I tried to cut the foam and found some big air pockets so I removed the foam to find the inner had not hardened yet.. now I think I am going to get some great stuff and try it again..
