It is almost a shame to post these for such new bikes.

Never, service manuals are one of the first things I want with a new machine. I bought one for the Teryx 4 as soon as I bought the machine too.

If anyone has a digital manual they would like posted up on the forum if you will get me a copy I will try to up load it to google docs so everyone can use it.. I purchased these two last night not knowing if they would be accurate for my machine or not but they will be useful for some one.. If I can find a 2013 later I will get one of them two..

I guess it could be a good idea. I normally just wing it a lot

Sorry, engineer here...I want to know torque specs, electrical schematics, etc... ;)

I was reading in my owners manual and the 11-12 service manual about lug nuts specs and it said to torque them to 30 lbs then give them another quarter turn! That's not very accurate in my opinion so I went by the 09-10 manuals at 90lbs instead.. this is for the aluminum wheels, I think steel wheels were 27.. What do you guys torque yours at?

Talk to Dino about lug nuts. He issues on his razor s with this. I know one of his problems were the studs were to long and topped out before hitting the wheel. Maybe it was the cap nuts weren't deep enough.

Neil, you may have a typo in your last post 90 lbs sounds like a lot, for lug nuts, my son tried that and snapped half of them off on the next tire change, he used a 300lb impact, kept warning him, got tired of reminding him, figured that he would learn the hard way.....he did. ...lol

I assume thats what they are calling wheel nuts.. I have never torqued an ATV wheel that tight but I have it highlighted here from the service manual..
