| Wife had an elective surgery, yesterday, so I stayed home today...yes it was rough, not one great ride going but two. One at Pickett, and the other a 90 miler at Bell County. And 60 degrees too.
But God had mercy on me, and the FedEx arrived this morning with my ATV Guru rear bumper. What a quality piece. I was able to install this and start working on another set of rear lights.
I will try and post a picture tomorow.

| Note: The ATV Guru rear bumper works perfect with the JodyT fender flares. The rear fender flares made install easy, just sat the bumper on them, used some card board for spacing away from the rear bed and bolted the bumper up. | |

| Well, my rear lighting idea is a bust, was going to get to much vibration, going to need to stop and do a re-think . My son is already laying claim to the duallies for his Grizz..... lol, I may put them on my tractor...still thinking . Put all of the skids back on, these RZRs are hard to clean. Installed the THunderhawk gas tank/heat shield combo. This woul have been easy, but I have those tree kickers and they use one of the mounting spots, so, I had to grind the aluminum back some with a grinder,....(I do not know how to cut aluminum). That ended up breaking a weld, found a local to fix that back up for my , and finished the install.. Then test drove , had a rattle , but ended up being a door, fixed that all good . I always feel like fireworks should go off after I worked all day and got one little piece of work done. But I also learned a way how to not install a rear light set. | |

| sounds like fun bro, I worked about all day yesterday and all I accomplished was a bracket to mount the lights on the trx if it makes you feel any better.. I know how it feels... lol | |

| Hey Neil, one of the most important Mods that you will do will be those JodyT rear mudflaps, These will stop all of the mud flipping up and hitting you and all over the rear of the RZR. You might sweet talk Redrzr out of his spare set for a nominal fee. | |

| Here is a big scratch on the passenger door, that I picked up at Pickett back in November 2012, when I slid into a big tree root ball.

| Here is something that I have been debating for a month, I added the plastic back to the bottom, the aluminun skids are behind it. The corner frame is better protected. I used a heat gun to bend the plastic so it would be closer to the skids in one spot. Note: required a package of four m6x30 bolts from Lowes in speciality drawers stainless I lost some ground clearance, but gained protection, so?? not sure yet.

| Finished the re-wiring of the rear light, looks pretty good, and hopefully will hold up for awhile. About 90 bucks for the light, and the two bar mounts cost about the same. Very sturdy, no vibration, much better than my first idea, and those Rigid lights ended up on my sons Grizz, he set them on there...kinda watched me for a re-action, then next thing I knew, they were mounted and hard wired in....on his Grizzly....lol. | |

| Rodiestar, did you re-route and replace your crankcase breather hose? | |

Can't beat that! I had the same problem with my 2011 RZR and they said they were going to fix it back then.

Never had a problem with the crankcase breather hose. All the other breather hoses I changed after they melted. LOL

- EMP bumper, which required a lower radiator hose mod. The arm brace pushed against the hose. I went to ORileys and bought another lower drain hose and added about a half inch making it taller, cost 12 bucks, all good. RedRzr texted me through watching the burping on radiator refill. No problems.....
I had called EMP about the issue, they called me back but I already had it resolved. This is something with some of the 2013's. Looked like to me somebody cut the hose a little shorter. I sent them pics as requested, and appreciated their concern.
I mounted my winch in the factory location and this could be the reason the lower radiator hose is sitting on my winch.. I think if I add a little to the lower hose it would clear.. Any pics of yours after the fix? Do you remember what size hose it is? Here is a pic of mine, I am afraid the heat from the hose might eventually cause damage to the winch motor..

| Mudandguts, take your bottom elbow to O'Rileys and tell them you need one a little longer, they have one, that is where I got mine, then cut a little off the top and raise that hose up.
Be sure and talk to Redrz about burping these things on the radiator refill.
