I just sent you the standards so you could use a jigsaw to cut out for whatever bumper you have. Do you think it's not possible to get them on at all with your bumper?

I am pretty sure I can make them fit but with the sharp angles of my bumper to frame I don't know if I can get them to look right. I need to get a stock bike and try them out .

| As some of you may remember I had this problem for a long time. I use to carry a 12v power washer and home made wand to clean the radiator on the trail. The first thing I would look at is the radiator clean. If so it is probably the themostat. This can be checked easily by taking out the 2 screws on the head. Hardly any anti freeze will come out. My unit was a 700. I actually left the therm out and it is still running with the new owner fine. | |

radiator wont get dirty with my shields...why wait till your motor is hot before you clean..if it needs cleaned it was already running hotter than normal causing premature wear..check them out
