| We are in the beginning phases of production on our nerf bars for grizzly 550/700s. below is some pics of the prototype we will be replicating. they will retail at $115 but will only be $105 for members here. we will also be making nerfs for other makes and models in the near future. note: this setup will require trimming of the plastics but it is very minor. takes all of 5 minutes to cut out the channels needed for the nerfs to get through. designed to keep the maximum amount of ground clearance possible. | |

| These are designed off a picture of mine. Mine work great in rocky area, and in mud allows me to put 250lbs hanging extremely off of one side to tilt the atv to the bottom. Richochet plates should be able to be added with a littlle sledge work and a couple of 2"x4". I have them on mine.
Edit: Rage Customs is the first person to reproduce a long sought after nerf bar for ATV's. | |

| For anyone interested, we have 4 sets of nerfs for grizzly 550/700s that were slightly off due to a minor error in the jig. these were the first 4 sets run through the jig and the final adjustment on the jig were made based on these 4 sets. they are fully functional and once installed you cant even tell what is wrong with them. basically the square tubing is a little off center. Not from side to side but up and down along the round tubing. the risers on the jig just needed to be adjusted to get the square tubing perfectly center(vertically) on the round tubing. Because they will still work, and the amount they are off is less than 1/8", these will be sold for $90 as opposed to the $115 retail if anyone is interested. | |
