imbill i don,t mind working on the rzr in the winter especially preventive maintenace work i just hate it in riding season its actually fun/ stress relief from my line of work and spend time in my man cave lol the arsenal of mechanics tool i now own is cool i,ve just ordered my first air impact drill can,t wait to get it & use
i also have been thinking about it for much time i decided i want to put a second battery in the rzr and seperate all my add on,s to that auxilary battery and then run heavy gage wire to the front fire wall and add another outlet box i already have one ran to behind the drivers seat fire wall i,m afraid i have run out of time till the fall when the rzr becomes a garage queen

I hear that brother, a couple months ago I went through mine and replaced the wheel bearings and greased everything real good then a couple weeks ago I replace the tie rods with RacerTech heavy duties and I an fixing to replace the axles and brakes, that should do me for a while! Hopefully. lol But like you say it never stops, especially when you are having fun.
