Wow,some nice upgrades. My friend had a 350 Grizzly that his kids did very well on,straight axle machine. The 450 Grizz has independent suspension.
I always wondered about the JBS sheave. Let us know.

Consider some one or 1.5" wheel spacers for stability, then moose fender flares.

Dr. I can power wheelie now in low when sitting center the seat, it will pulls the wheels about a foot and carry them for 5-6". it wouldn't do that before.. It still feels boggish but it maybe where I am use to the TRX450.. I would like to get it to power wheelie like this in high. I think I will try the carb spring before long.

Did Grizzly's come from the factory needing a larger jet like the Rhino 660?

I don't know Mustang! It may, I need to weld a bung in the exhaust and check it but then again I may wait and put an exhaust on it in the future. I'm not real fond of the sound of the stock exhaust. I need to do a little more research.

What do you think about stage one? The good the bad and the ugly?

Got some goodies in for stage two today! Got some stock parts from JBS so I can grease the sheave, a Quadboss axle and rear suspension kit plus an HMF exhaust with assorted jetting. Wish I could tear into this thing but working on the house when I ain't working on a pole so maybe when I get the add on room done and the trees quit growing so fast I can work on the Griz a little.
