Yes, I think Pickett is an excellent place to ride. I would like to plan a ride around the end of next month.

Don't forget to tell your friends there is a new place in town to talk technical and plan rides.. I know a lot of people locally have gotten out of riding due to the changing times and I hope to help get them back on the trails... We will be having a few sponsors who are willing to help us by offering excellent deals to forum members...

Do you ever go to Duvall Vally or Hancocks (not sure of spelling) and go into the park that way ?

Hancocks grocery is now closed but yes that use to be our parking place on every ride due to it being so close... I don't know about Duvall Vally, I have never heard of it..

I think I know where you are talking about... I have been told if you park there you never know if your vehicle will be there when you come back so we try to stay away from it... scratch

Have you had any trouble parking there?

I have rode it up the carhauler but never over..

Have you ever rode a SideXSide in the trails?? if not they will surprise you how well they go. We have what we call the river bluff down towards brimstone and It was almost impassable on a 4-wheeler(atleast the 4-wheeler would work you to death) I rounded it on my rhino with a breeze shortly after getting it...

No , not on a ride , thats what worries me ,when we have had sxs with us (2or3 times)we ran off and left them ... Now they are more and more of them ,to get a group together would be easier and would be better for me now to own one ....

They are a little slower in the technical stuff because you have to pick your lines but they also make a lot of technical stuff seem easier....
