| Good info brother! Thanks for sharing.. I did not know that they were dry, I would have thought the diff fluid would have protected them.. I will have to remember to pull mine every so often and see if it is doing the same thing. They should have put a seal on the diff housing to help keep the water out of the splines.. | |

Good seals & lubrication = less replacement parts to sell

| Finally got around to getting to the rear axles...The left rear was locked in tight. The rust had built to a point that I popped the CV Joint apart trying to get it out. Once that Happended I built a cv puller out of Scrap steel I had lying around.... It worked out pretty good... After that was done and The Mistress was back together I finished the saw holder and got it mounted... Once that was complete I went about designing some mud protection for the rear end... All in all had a great day in the garage | |

| JodyT, Did you fab up your bar clamps for the chain saw mount, or did you buy those? I need a couple also for my chain saw mount, going in the same area. | |

| I appreciate the response, I hung a chainsaw all over my 800 S on sunday, did not like it anywhere. Might buy a seat base and put it in the passenger seat. | |

| If it is an ITP rim they will give you a new one, just call them and talk to them. They usually want a a picture of the hole and the machine that it came off of. | |

| 625 miles and the stock bushings were letting me know they were due to be changed...I put in a set of Super Daves bushings tonight...should be good to go for 2000+ miles now...ball joints and wheel bearings were in real good shape. | |
