It looks like Dino & I will ride both dates. To get to the start take 127 to Caney Creek Rd (next to Forbes str) . This will turn into Rte 200 when you enter KY. It w/b about 2 more miles down on your right. If you want to talk to me PM me and I will give you a call. Looking forward to the ride.

How does 10cst sound. This is only a suggestion. We still have time to adjust it. Tried calling Carl twice but no luck so far. If Dino & I camp over at his place I want to know if the new owner is ok with that & how much. Getting excited and can't wait to get my machine back. I told them I would pick it up 12/28.

I'm pretty sure i can get the gang to go the 30th. 10 cst sounds good to me that's usually when we get there. I'm sure your chomping at the bit to go riding after being down for so long. i've been there before it sucks. knowing how much to park would be nice.

If the weather is reasonable, I am in for sunday the 30 ride.

On the 31st might try and ride from Brimstone to I-75, or Royal Blue to Brimstone, not finalized yet. Again weather dependent, and On the 1st, might ride Royall Blue for a half day North(50 50 on this one, may be tired and ready to go home).

There will be another bed available in my camper so don't let that stop you. I appreciated the time you were going to let me ride with you. Keep us posted. I spk to Carl & this weekend he is moving. He spk to the new owner and parking & camping are ok. I still have a little doubt if my machine will be done. It hasn't been going well with the info from them.

Sounds like the plan is coming together. Now it will be all about the weather and that really isn't a problem unless it is an ice storm. Really looking forward to this. When I rode a dirt bike we put on a run called the Yellow Snow Qualifier. It had to have at least 6 inches of snow and we would make it about 25 miles long. It also started at a Go Go bar. Now tell me I don't know how to have fun. We recommended studded tires of course.

After writing that last post I am thinking I might have to put a poker run up here at Pickett. It would be an invitational one at first to my good friends. I wonder if I have any. Lets get thru this next few weeks and I will start a new post as my thoughts come together. I'm older now so it will take a lot of work to remember how to do it.

Yea its been cold and raining/snowing all day here and last I check had 60% chance for saturday..

It looks like it maybe better to ride Sunday and skip Saturday. It is a nasty drive there if there is ice.
