| I wished their was, I think he's just tired of dealing with them, I would put me some little cabins in, and make it like a resort. | |

| Just talked to Carl at Sunnybrook and he said he is NOT shutting down. He had been leaning that way because of his insurance was non renewing on him in July, but he has secured other coverage. He still charges $4 for parking, but may begin charging a riding fee of $1.50 to help secure riding rights from three of the landowners that we ride on. (That may take care of the problems with neighbors?) And I agree that a few cabins and other improvements would be great additions. Carl said to let everyone know that Sunnybrook Lives, and come on up and see him! | |

| Oh that is great news. $1.50 is an outrage............. I will pay more. | |

| X10. I will be paying him $10 everytime I park there. I wish I was parking there more, but when I do I will make sure he gets at least the $ 10 for parking. | |

| I tried to pay him $20 one time....think I am going to change my wording and offer to make a donation towards the cost of the insurance to help with the neighbors. | |

| Part of the reason he may be hesitant with making major improvements is because there is some uncertainty about the area. With Wayne Lumber having sold the biggest portion of the land that's ridden on to an investment group from North Carolina, it would be hard to make the money back if the area is shut down. My father has seriously thought about fixing up my Grandparents old home place on Edward's mountain as a rental/parking property for offroaders but the uncertainty and other projects has kept him from it. | |
