Thats right, it can be tracked to its owner or owners number not the location ,only the law is allowed to know or determine your location ??? Unless a GPS (electronics are taking over the world ! As an admin on other sites I hate to inform you that I can look at your IP, tell if it is from a cell phone or an ISP provider, and tell the city, state and much more info. Below is an example although I ** out the IP address.
