PostSubject: Extreme metal products   Extreme metal products EmptyFri Mar 02, 2012 9:44 pm

Ordered a bunch of parts from EMP. About $800 worth. Cooter brown cargo cover , A arm guards, e brake, shift lock ,rocker switch block. Been emailing them for two weeks about a question. No reply. Email, no reply. Called, no answer. Anyway, parts were due today. Got aarm quards, thats it
UPS says that was it. My summary from EMP says it all went.
Oh sh#t.
Very disapointed.

Unusual, I have never had a problem with them, always had great service and fast shipping, you can see that in my signature.

Haven't had a problem with it, be sure to dielectric grease on all connections.
Don't know when you tried to call, but if it was today you have to take
in cosideration of the weather everyone was having, like I said, I've never had a problem.

Probably was shipped in separate packages and the rest is still out for delivery.. I have had that happen several times from EMP and other companies, not EMP's fault just the shipping company delivers some packages faster than others. I got some tires like that a while back, two delivered one day and the other two a few days later.. And let me tell you that sucks, Got two tires on a Friday and had to look at them all weekend waiting on the other two to come in.. lol

Called again yesterday. Twice. They kinda forgot about me. Sending it right away. Said they would send me a new tracking number. Never got it. Oh well, long as it is on its way.
