Sunday 1-22-12

Planning on going to pickett sunday the 22nd if the weather holds out. They are calling for near 60,if anyone wants to go. Will be watching the
weather.

Actually looks like it should be in the 60,s but I can't make it.

Do you have an idea about what your start time will be and when you'll be back at the truck?

I will be here starting Friday afternoon and camping over. The original plan was to go home Saturday afternoon. I could stay over another night and ride Sunday also. Lets see who wants to ride!!! How often to we get this kind of weather in January?

Sponge I would ride saturday but I have to work, hope you can hang around and ride with us sunday.

I might go, somebody will need to run me off about 4pm, if I stay out later, I will be dead monday. Put me down as a maybe, road with a guy in the military from Nashville, saturday, might see if he wants to go. Idaho, post up bro.

Camping in the rain doesn't seem like fun. I will wait until Saturday night to see what I will do. I will be riding @Windrock Saturday rain or shine. It is their 1st club ride of the year. All are welcome if anyone else would like to come. If so let me know and I will give more details later.

Looked at the forecast and there is only a 20 percent chance of rain and 61 degrees for the high so I will be there ready to ride.

Rode Windrock tdy and put on 45 miles. No rain and actually had some sunshine. Had a good time. I'll be @ Pickett @0830cst for breakfast at the sandwich shop.

I showed up at 10:05 and Carl's wife said you had already left. I thought you were leaving at 10:30 CST. Maybe my mistake

Sorry dino,hate you missed us, that was the orignal plan but if you look a couple posts up sponge said he would be there at 8:30 for breakfast and I said I would be there at 9:30.again sorry we missed you[but if you had a radio you could have found us ]

It's on trail 1, their is a big mudhole with go arounds on both sides, this is on the upper
side going out 1 towards blackhouse mtn rd.

I can identify from soil samples taken from trail 1. This is the kind of thing that 4 point seat belts work best with. Since I was on the top, driver, it was interesting to get out. I had just taken off the front windshield the day b4. This was helpful when I had to climb out this way. This was a nice and slow turn over thank goodness. no speed involved. Thanks Redrzr for helping we get the shiny side up. If he had taken a picture of me backing out the front I think the shot would have been my better SIDE.
